New Blog Template: How do you like it?

Well, I have just applied a new template for my new blog, which looks much better than my first test template. I still have my orange header, but now the sidebar works. How do you like it? It is based on Blogger's TicTac.

I also added a tag/label cloud. It should start looking pretty cool as I get more posts.
